Hi, I am working hard to expand my career in new construction, remodeling and rehab construction. I am an excellent professional carpenter/handyman/painter/floor technician. I like getting projects done from beginning to completion or any single projects. Also, I am insured.
I would love for the opportunity to master any jobs you need completed in your home or business. I have strong leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and am extremely versatile in my abilities. In every job I manage, I can be expected to plan every possible aspect of my work. A strong quality that I display is my ability to prioritize and organize any complex or multiple tasks required of me in my work. I have a good eye for detail.
I am strongly self-motivated and strive to learn in order to further develop my construction skills, maintenance, and painting abilities. I love working with customers and maintain a good working relationship with subcontractors and vendors. I have excellent time management skills. Everyone I work for appreciates my respect for the value of their time. I will always work hard to complete any job in an agreed upon time frame and will always be realistic with my customers regarding the cost and time a job will require. And, of course, since construction and rehab work requests can be somewhat unpredictable at times, I work hard to always go with the flow and complete my work according the requests of my customers. I try to keep up with the latest trends by consulting designers, architects, and engineers.
